Faith & Love Series: Reflections on God, Grace, and Relationships

Faith & Love Series: Reflections on God, Grace, and Relationships
Reflections on God, Grace, and Relationships

Love is beautiful, but love is also work. Real work. And as I have grown, prayed, argued, laughed, healed, and unlearned, I realised something important. Relationships shape faith just as much as faith shapes relationships.

So I created this four-part series to explore what Scripture really says about choosing wisely, growing intentionally, staying committed, and knowing when God Himself is calling you into peace. These reflections are honest, thoughtful, sometimes a little sassy, and always rooted in grace.

If you are dating, praying, waiting, married, heartbroken, or rebuilding, this series is for you.

1. Choosing the Right Partner

How do you know who is truly right for you? In this reflection, I explore what the Bible says about character, wisdom, and discernment before you say “yes.” Think of it as godly insight with a sprinkle of playfulness

2. Preparing for Marriage

Preparing for marriage is more than choosing colours or venues. It is the intimate work of becoming. In this reflection, I share Scripture that challenges me to grow, heal, and discover purpose long before I walk down any aisle.

3. Staying Married

After the vows come the choices. In this reflection, I look at covenant love with honesty and tenderness. Marriage asks for forgiveness, growth, and grace. I also explore what Scripture actually says about divorce, not from fear but from wisdom.

4. When Staying Becomes Unsafe

What if staying means losing myself? When marriage stops feeling sacred and becomes a place of fear, control, or cruelty, In this piece, I dig into what God says about abuse, deception, emotional neglect, and the courage to leave when peace has died. I talk through what Scripture and compassion say about protecting your life, not just your vows. Sometimes the most faithful choice is to walk away

Bonus reflections in the Series

Can You Remarry after Unfaithfulness?
This is the reflection my heart wrestled with the most. Unfaithfulness wounds deeply, but it also raises hard questions. In this reflection, I explore what the Bible truly teaches about divorce, remarriage, and grace after betrayal. Sometimes healing looks like a second chance.

Why this series matters to me

I have asked myself all these questions at one point or another. Not out of fear, but out of a desire to honour God while still protecting my own humanity. Marriage is holy, but so is the person God created me to be.

If you are seeking clarity, courage, or simply a companion on your journey of faith and love, you are welcome here.
